Navy Ship Named After Giffords

Not a big deal, might be a little much though, no offense to her, I feel bad for her and the other victims.

I don't have a problem with it. But I thought the Navy didn't do this until someone was passed away.

It's political... it honors the person but also furthers the political message she carries. I could roll on into that message being gun control and all that but... at this point anyway, I don't see it carrying too much.

BTW... if memory serves, we had a carrier named for Reagan before he passed, didn't we?
