Where the media jumping all over her for the cost of her wardrobe? Oh that's right, that doesn't apply to the Obamas..

No, but all of her expensive trips were. But that's not the point.

This comment on the bottom sums it up:

"The double standard of politics is so evident. Mrs. Obama wears an expensive item and she is resplendent. Mrs. Romney wears an expensive item and she is out of touch".

Those trips are part of being the Presidents wife.

No other first lady travels as much this one does, and it's not good when people are struggling in the country and to travel so much and with lots of people on our dime. Also Palin had to give all of the clothes back.

Every President has a defined budget. How the Presidents spend it is up to them.
Palin wasn't an elected official. She also had to give the clothes back because of her election partner

All of this is a trivial distraction from real issues.

Any intellectually honest person with critical thinking skills will know of the media's leftist bias.

In point of fact, I could care less what Michelle spends on clothes as long as it's her own money.
