So, how was the insanity of the Olympics there?

Absolutely awesome! There was such a buzz right across the country. I went into London myself to watch the ladies Triathlon - got good view as they went through marble arch for the cycling. Not so great for the run as we dashed through Hyde Park.

Thoroughly enjoyable time even though I didn't get tickets for any event (the triathlon was a free event)
