So much for uniting the nation (remember he said that?). Obama is singularly responsible for the increased polarization of this country. This is an unprecendented level of polarizing and it's pretty damn scary for me to see. This guy will do anything to keep his power intact. I have never seen a sitting President talk with such vitriol.

So, if the Republicans win a majority in either House, after the ripping they have received from Obama in the last few weeks, they have no reason to compromise or even work with this guy at all. They should just enact conservative legislation and let the chips fall where they may. They have no friend in Obama. I have no faith in Obama. Neither should any of us.

I never had faith in Obama. I knew all along who he was; I did my due diligence long before the campaigning was over. His capitalist bashing, America-hating references in his books and interviews, his socialist parents and childhood mentor, his radical, Marxist, socialist friends in college, the domestic terrorist friends in whose home he launched his political career, his reliance on the teachings of Saul Alinsky during his community organizing years, his 20-year membership in radical Rev Wright's black liberation theology church, the guy was surrounded for all of his short life by the very sort of socialist, Marxist, anti-capitalist, anti-American radicals that would have made it impossible to get even the lowest level job at any of our nation's intelligence agencies as he could never get the security clearances needed because of those connections. I never expected that Obama would change his stripes once in office, or that he would live up to his vague and meaningless promises of a "post-racial" America, hope and change.

Well, I did believe the change thing, but it was the sort of change I said many times that he would bring, a change from constitutional republicanism and free-market capitalism, to one in which the government grows at an exponential rate, gathering unto itself all manner of powers not even remotely constitutional, to subsume as much of the private-sector into the public-sector as possible, and to “fundamentally transform America,” to quote Obama, though he never said what he would transform it into.

I think now we know.
