Bono is performing a U2 concert and asks the crowd for some quiet.
Slowly, to rapt silence from the audience, he begins clapping his hands and says into the microphone, "Every time I clap my hands, a child in Africa dies."
A voice from near the front of the audience pipes up, "Well, stop clapping then."
