Happy Thanksgiving

To all my new friends here at superiorpolitics.com, a very happy and blessed Thanksgiving!

T’was the night before Thanksgiving and all ‘round the kitchen
The men were drinking and the women were bitchin’
The turkey was stuffed with cornbread and spices
The counter was covered with all manner of devices

The brats were in the washroom sneaking a drink
From grandaddy’s moonshine iced down in the sink
The pitbulls were yapping at the neighbor’s old cat
Prowling for the leftovers that made him quite fat

Out on the porch the washing machine spun
But the dryer was broken, since I was one
As the moon rose behind the old truck up on blocks
Granny said; get your asses on in here before I load up the Glock!

As we all gathered around for a quick midnight snack
We talked about hunting for a twenty-point rack
Then we all said our prayers before hitting the hay
Thankful for what we have, each and every day

Back atcha!

I'll be gone from around 9am to about 7 or 8pm tomorrow. Going to my mom's sister's for T'giving. Gonna be strange without my mom around, too.
