When your car won't start

There's some people right in front of my place who's car won't start. So, for the last 5 minutes (i swear!), they've been cranking that thing over and over and over and over and over. After 5 minutes, it ain't starting. It's not going to start. Why burn up the starter?

Annoying.

I guess i could walk out there and tell them that they're fucked.
