Republicans and Democrats Empty Republicans and Democrats

Post by TheNextPrez2012 Thu Aug 23, 2012 9:13 pm

Ya wanna know the difference between one side and the other?

Republicans will twist words and make up stuff to make their point (Joe Biden's "chains" comment being slavery centered) while Democrats use the EXACT words of their opponents (Paul Ryan's rape/abortion philosophy) to make their point.

Joe mentioned NOTHING about slavery until the Republicans brought it into the mix. The original comment was clearly centered on allowing banks to go free-for-all but the Right never brought that up...instead they mentioned something that was not part of the speech at all!

Paul Ryan sponsors a bill that has "forcible rape" but he then says "rape is rape" a few years later. Where did the change come from and why did it happen? Remember these are Paul's words and not something made up by the other side by the old art of word twisting practiced by the ancient Sumerians many years ago and perfected by the modern day Republicans in the good ol' USA of 2012!

One side uses direct exact wording and the other side puts words in to get somewhere.

Yes, I know they are both political people/groups and therefore are corrupted to some extent. That isn't the gist of the comment I just made.

You describe the left perfectly in the first paragraph. And Biden WAS appealing to racism when he said and the WAY he said it, put "y'all BACK. BACK in CHAINS. What does that mean?
